Deddington
Masterclass
Deddington Primary School received their first interactive whiteboard in the autumn of 2003 under the Warriner Technology Status Plan, and liked it so much they bought another two! One is located in the ICT suite of the school, although it is mobile so can be used anywhere, while the other two are situated in the classrooms, and all are in use daily. Deddington already use ICT across the curriculum, supporting a wide range of subjects - not just Numeracy and Literacy, but also subjects such as History, and RE. The three whiteboards are being used by the staff to develop new and innovative ways of teaching, as you will see from the below. Deddington was also the first school in the Warriner Partnership to invest in a tablet PC, which when used with a projector complements the whiteboard technology.
